This program is
for women who desire certified personal training instruction in a group
setting. Monica Birmingham and Les Fuller will lead women's Full-Circle Fitness
two times per week for 6 weeks. |

Curriculum options are: fitness testing, nutritional counseling,
strength training and cardiovascular training. Call to register. Meet in groups
of 4-8 individuals; schedule to accommodate participants' schedules. 2
sessions/week. 50 minutes in duration. Program = 6 weeks. $75
members* $105 non-members

We encourage you
to be retested once every three months to track your progress. This will allow
you to make changes to your routine so you advance toward your goals
appropriately. |

| The testing process is the same as when you had your orientation but
if necessary, we can use a different measure to be more specific towards your
goal. Schedule a 30 minute session with Monica Birmingham or Les Fuller to be
retested. |
