& OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY |

Any ache and pain
can be improved with the skill of our physical and occupational therapy team.
Members get 50% of the Non-member rate of $30 for a 30 minute session with a
professional therapist. Schedule your appointment at the rehab front desk or
call Renae at 621-0230. |

| Any patient at
Work Systems Rehab & Fitness, P.C. that would like to become a new member
at the club can take advantage of the medical membership at a reduced
rate. |

| FUN FACTORY / GYM |
|
Admission is free
for all Family Membership members and $4.00 for non-members (age 2-18). A
10-visit pass can be purchased at a reduced rate of $30.00. |

Please observe all
of the rules posted at Fun
Factory. |

Children under age
six must be supervised by an adult. |
|
A parent or
guardian must remain at Work Systems at all times. |
|
|
Socks must be worn (also
available for purchase at front desk). |

Adults are encouraged to
play on the equipment too. |

Birthday parties are available by
reservation. Call 628-4622 and ask for Tracy. Pricing information is available
at the front desk. |

| CHILDCARE |

peak fitness hours. |

Children must be
at least six weeks of age. |

Rates are $3.00
per child up to 1.5 hours. |

BAR |

| GYM |
|

The gym is
equipped for basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, and many other
sports. |
|
Basketballs are
available to check out at the fitness front desk. You will be asked to provide
identification, which will be returned when the ball is checked back
in. |

|
Exercisers are
encouraged to walk around the gym outside the lines on the navy blue flooring.
Fourteen laps is equal to one mile. |
|
The gym (one court or
the entire gym) is available for rent by the hour or by the day. Ask the front
desk staff person for pricing information. The gym is equipped for basketball,
volleyball, indoor soccer, and many other sports. The gym is available for rent
by the hour or by the day. The rental rate for one court is $22.50/hour. The
entire gym can be rented (with management's approval) for a whole day for
$200. |

| RACQUETBALL COURTS |
|
Two courts, located just
off the fitness floor, are available. |
|
Members may reserve
courts at any time with the front desk staff person. |
|
Non-members may reserve
courts the day of use. |
|
Racquets, balls, and
walleyball equipment are available for check-out at front desk. |
|
For your safety,
protective eyewear is required while playing racquetball. Goggles can be
purchased at the front desk. |
| LOCKER ROOMS |
|
Free towels are
available for use. They can be acquired at the front desk or within the locker
rooms. |
|
Soap dispensers are
located in the shower. Please bring your own shampoo. |
|
A small lounge with
televisions is located in each locker room. |

| FITNESS FLOOR/CARDIO LOFT
|
|
Individuals
fourteen years old and older are welcome to use the exercise
equipment. |
|
Ongoing assistance
with your exercise program is always available. Ask our manager or any of the
front desk staff people for help. That's what we're here for! |
|
You can hire your
own personal trainer to maximize your workouts or get out of an exercise
rut. |
|
|
Enjoy the televisions
located throughout the club. You can tune in to any walkman/FM receiver to
listen along. Just dial into the frequency listed above each TV
set. |
|
Gray towel bins are
located throughout the exercise area and in each locker room. |
|
Please wipe down
equipment when you are finished using it with the spray disinfectant and
towels. |
|
Group Cycling classes
will be held on the fitness floor. |

| AEROBICS
ROOM |

Enjoy a fitness
class led by our experienced and friendly instructors and stay accountable with
other attendees. Many class options are available for people of all fitness
levels. |
|
Exercise is easier
on your joints with our suspended hardwood flooring. |
|
|
All group fitness classes are FREE for members, and
anyone purchasing a day pass is welcome. |
|
The Dance Studio of
Iowa, under the direction of Marcia Taylor, holds classes at our facility.

This room is available
to rent at $22.50/hour. |

LOFT |
|
Hang out with
friends upstairs at tables on the carpeted area overlooking main
entrance. |

| CONFERENCE
ROOM |
|
This 2000 square
foot room is available for rent for conferences, meetings, or family
gatherings. Available for a minimum of two hours, the rate is $25/hour. With
the rental of the conference room, your party will receive a 50% discount on
all daily fees including the Fun Factory, gym and exercise areas. |
