BOSU Body Blast-
Alternating between cardio and strength, participants are led through a
challenging, fun, and motivating workout using the BOSU for core stabilization,
balance and cardiovascular conditioning while alternating with strength
conditioning using hand-weights, resistance tubing, and medicine balls. A
complete, full-body BLAST! |

BOSU Circuit - This
class will combine cardiovascular, balance, and strength training for the whole
body in one loaded 30 minute class. Class particpants will be challenged with a
variety of core strength and athletic exercises to enhance their fitness level.

Butts & Guts - A
challenge for the lower half of your body. Strengthen and tone your abdominals,
quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings for a sleek lower body. |

Core Strength -
Challenge your core muscle groups utilizing body weight, BOSU, medicine and
stability balls. |

Cardio Combo - Punch
and kick your way to fitness! This class combines aerobic and anaerobic
conditioning, balance and muscle repetition. This high intensity workout can be
adjusted to all fitness levels! |

CSI - Cardio, Strength,
Intensity - A workout involving a variety of cardio and strength moves
using weights, step and floor aerobics. |

Group Cycling - An
exercise class on a stationary bike that simulates an outdoor cycling
experience. This class is perfect for the beginner, recreational cyclist, or
the serious racer. Please bring a water bottle to class. |

Lean & Mean - The
best exercises from the weight room put to music in a group setting. Learn
proper form and technique using weights and resistance equipment to tighten and
tone your entire body. Every major muscle group is worked. This class can be
modified to meet all fitness levels. |

STEP- This class
involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform while performing upper
body movements. Step is a great cardiovascular workout which will increase
muscle strength and tone. |

YOGA - This class
offers a unique program of strengthening, flexibility, and relaxation through
the use of traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques. This is an hour
you GIVE yourself if you desire better posture, increased body awareness, and a
general sense of balance in your life. This class is for all levels and each
posture is modified to fit your individual needs. If you have practiced yoga in
the past, this class will refresh your love of this ancient discipline. If you
have never done yoga, this class will teach you why Yoga is quickly becoming
one of the most frequently prescribed life-long fitness programs. |
